What a start for the tour: the first couple of days were intense! We played in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte with amazing bands and met great people like the guys from Nunca Inverno and Days of Sunday.
After the first show in São Paulo which finished around 4 a.m. we headed straight to Belo Horizonte. After a 9 hour drive we arrived at the house where the B.H. show was taking place. There were already a lot of people gathering and the first of six bands was about to start. A couple of brews and a bowl of our new favourite dish - Acaí - later it was our turn. The venue was packed and people went crazy! Ian got crowd surfed lots of times! And we couldn't believe it but people knew alot of our lyrics and were singing along! What a great night!
After the show we drove straight back to São Paulo where we arrived around 11am this morning. There, our lovely hosts Rosanne and Wellington were taking care of us once again and served us some great homemade vegan food.
Now we're relaxing, because tonight is showtime again! Carapicuiba, a suburb of São Paulo, is tonight's destination...great times to come
